With Valentine's Day fast approaching the PoM girls have been reminiscing about our most romantic experiences. Whether you look forward to Valentines as a celebration of love, or just enjoy the excuse to take time out from the humdrum & let someone special know how much you care, we can all recall a moment when someone made our heart flutter...even if some of us have to delve deep into our memory!
PoM's web girl had trouble thinking of a single romantic gesture, "It's not that my husband's not romantic, in fact he's more romantic than I am and he shows it all the time. He came home from work with an enormous bouquet of Lilies for me just last week. I think that's pretty special after 20 years together".
Customer service girl Lily had one moment in mind, "My boyfriend was walking me home one night when he stopped me, wrapped his arms around me, and as we looked at the stars he told me he was falling for me, it's little things like this that stay with me"
Our trade show guru Hayley has been the lucky recipient of a number of romantic gestures and her favourite by far was; "My boyfriend surprised me for my 23rd birthday by
booking us a trip to see Hairspray in London and 2 nights in a posh hotel with
a visit to Madame Tussauds thrown in - I'm a lucky girl!"
Hearing the office Valentine stories has been fun, heartwarming & sometimes unintentionally hilarious. We've remembered our first school crushes, disastrous dinners, woodland walks complete with roaring campfire, heart shaped kitchen appliances and much more.
